Potatoes are my downfall. Well, french fries to be exact. I’m an absolute sucker for french fries. I’d gladly eat them for every meal. lol
We don’t fry a lot of foods at our house for quite a few reasons. One, I’m not supposed to eat fried foods because of my IBS. Two, frying foods makes a big mess and I’m messy enough. Three, it adds even more calories and good grief I’ve got no room for that.
I love finding new ways to bake our favorites. How easy is this option above?
We generally use Johnny’s Seasoning Salt. You can get away with using that alone. Other days I will use some fresh herbs such as rosemary or thyme and seasoning salt. It’s easy to change it up so it goes with most any main meal you are going to serve.
