Hi, just a note about your title... it should be pizzas, not pizza's. Pizza's mean belonging to the pizza or pizza is wherea pizzas means more than one. :)

My kids have always absolutely *loved* these! (But then again so does their momma!) They're quick, easy and super fun to make. What kid doesn't like to create their own pizza masterpiece adding only the ingredients they like themselves. One loves extra sauce with lots of pepperoni ... and the other loads on the cheese and mushrooms! That's what makes these so great ... everyone gets what they love. And they're delicious to boot!

But why oh why hadn't I thought to freeze these? Doing this would be perfect for my husband! Make a bunch ahead of time and freeze 'em. Then hubby can grab a few on this way out the door for work and pop them in the microwave at lunchtime. Super easy, super cheap frozen lunch at it's finest. Perfect I tell ya!

A little off topic here but my husband also loves those microwaveable breakfast sandwiches (that are oh so very expensive) ... I've already decided I'm going to start making them at home and freezing them ... I'll just add English Muffin Pizzas to the mix too!

Thanks for the great idea! Keep em coming!
