I hope you are spending a day full of fun with family and friends.
This is our last weekend for the next 3 months that won’t be spent in a hot gym watching wrestling. We’re doing it as chill as possible and enjoying jammy time.
I did almost all of my cooking yesterday and now all I need to do is pop things into the oven at appropriate times. Much easier said than done right? We know how timing can make or break a dinner.
I stuck to the very basics for dinner in our house this year. Turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, gravy and shrimp salad. I know the shrimp salad is a little odd right? My Dad created that tradition just because he likes it. It helps us pretend that we are eating something healthy 😉
Please take time to be thankful for everything you have in your life. Spend time today focusing on the positives. We all have so many.
Never worry about what's for dinner again. I've got you covered with the meal plans in the Once a Week Cooking Club. Cook once, eat all week.
