We love our smoothies. This recipe is great to make up a big batch and multi-task the recipe. Leave out the ice cubes and pour it into popsicle molds. You can enjoy a thick and creamy smoothie while you wait for your popsicles to set. I like these unique flavors.
You can use the rest of the coconut milk for the barbeque chicken tikka kabobs posted last week, so you don’t have any leftover in the fridge.
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp non-fat dry milk
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- Ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
