I don’t care if you ARE Rachel Ray or Martha, you can’t cook gourmet meals every day with a million ingredients and long processes. Unless you have help that is doing everything else in our life for you lol
Simple meals with great ingredients are always well liked. Cook the basics well. You and your family will be happier for it.
Then for fun, plan to do something extravagant once or twice a week so you can show off your love for cooking.
