It’s national noodle month. I can hear so many of you jumping up and down from excitement. So many pasta fiends out there. My family are not huge noodle fans, but we definitely have some fav recipes. Especially since I’m a little bit of a fan of the easy casseroles for the freezer and noodles go oh so well in a casserole!
I’ll be posting more noodle recipes through out the month. Not all of them are freezer friendly as even this freezer cooking Momma likes to get into the kitchen on an odd day and create a meal from scratch all in one evening 
The beauty of having many of my meals cooked ahead is I get to enjoy the days when I have time to be in the kitchen and create.
There are so many types of noodles to choose and they go with just about any flavor out there. Of course, nothing goes better with noodles than cheese. Sadly I can no longer have dairy of any kind so I had to give up my beloved mac-n-cheese. My favorite noodle recipes are now Asian inspired dishes. But no matter your taste buds you can find a recipe with noodles to fill that craving.
