Oops! Just one more thing ...
Something else my family loves to use other than bagels are English Muffins. I don't see why you couldn't make and freeze a bunch of them ahead of time as well.

And to think that's something I learned in Home Economics as a Freshman in high school! lol!

These are the best! Why I've never thought of making a bunch and freezing them ahead of time I'll never know! I guess that's exactly one of the reasons why I *love* this site!

My kids love these too. The love the fact that they can make their very own mini pizza with whatever and however much they want. They also really enjoy getting to make them themselves. Hmmm ... Maybe mommy should really let them have a ball and put together a bunch of them themselves and freeze them. I bet they'd love that idea!

These make such a great spur of the moment snack idea and to have them easy enough to pull out of the freezer, pop in the oven and eat ... that makes them even better! Plus the fact that my kids could even take care of that part, lol!

You've just made me two very happy kiddos! Thanks for the great ideas as usual!

Oh and P.S. We often use turkey pepperoni on our homemade pizzas/bagel pizzas - and are big fans of putting them on our homemade hoagies - you can't taste a difference and they're so much better for you!
