Planked Salmon with Maple Syrup

I can never get enough salmon recipes.  I’m really hoping for a good salmon run again this fall so we can fill the freezer.  I’ve only grilled it on a plank a couple of times and it’s amazing. This is a very different take on using the plank that I hadn’t seen before.
