I know many of you just curled up your nose, but hear me out. Some of us physically CAN’T have your typical gravy. Yes, please do send me your pity. I believe I deserve it.
The best gravy is made from pan drippings. Pan drippings are the fat and awesome juices that come out of the meats as you cook them. That fat is a major part of why gravy tastes so amazing and is also not healthy.
Because of my food restrictions I can’t touch real gravy. I will be in horrendous pain and it’s just not worth it. But that doesn’t mean I don’t crave gravy on so many foods!
This video is a totally different style than I’d ever seen or heard of before. I’m going to be adding it to my meal plan so I can change up a few recipes that have gotten a little too bland for my liking.
